What are you doing this weekend? I'm spending 24 hours with my daughter. Girls' day out! I can't remember the last time we spent the day together (without any little people)! I love my grandkids but their mama needs some time to recharge. ❤️

We're going to make memories, laugh, eat without sharing our food 😂 and probably return home planning the next adventure.

I hope you get some time this weekend with the ones you love too.

You can love your life right now. You don't need a

You can love your life right now. You don't need a different set of circumstances; the power rests in one simple choice. And it's within your hands.

Choose to believe. Believe in the good of right now. Believe in the capabilities that are inside you because even the challenging moments yield beauty. And often, the beauty is what happens inside of us.

It starts by correcting our negative self-talk:

Become aware of the negativity that is swirling in our heads. (It often sounds like it will always be this way; nothing ever works out for me, and it is what it is.)
Create a new statement: I know more than I did last time; momentary setbacks are not the end of my story; this moment is a door, and I am walking through it with God.
Our negative self-talk contains an element of truth, but we've blown it out of proportion and made it a "rule" we expect to exist forever. But we can change it. And it's often easier than we'd imagine.

I know because I've experienced it. I've walked this road, and now I walk with others and help them love their lives.

It happens inside my 90-day program, The Shift, and in my membership, Elevated. The first round of The Shift is coming to a close, and the transformations are powerful.
